Corestream (corestream.com) is seeking an Enrollment Manager to help coordinate the activities associated with new client onboarding, adding products to existing clients and managing internal enrollment activities for both new and existing clients.  You will assist the Implementation, Account Management and Marketing/Communication teams, working with both internal stakeholders as well as clients, to provide the best possible onboarding and implementation experience for our clients.  You will work with our provider partners to ensure we are presenting our clients with updated and accurate collateral.  You will work to develop new and enhance existing internal processes to ensure that our internal partners are working efficiently together both in launching new client portals and adding products and services to existing client relationships.  Your primary business tools will be Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other internal tools to accomplish this.
 
An additional focus of this new role will be for you to build-out a team of Enrollment Coordinators to perform many of the day-to-day functions that fall under this role today, and in the future as processes continue to be developed and enhanced.
 
You will need to be a problem solver who is willing to get scrappy and work with a variety of internal and external parties to solve issues quickly. Prior experience in the voluntary benefits industry will be a desired asset and will afford you the ability to identify the needs of our new and existing assigned accounts and provide a positive onboarding experience to them.  If this sounds like you, read on…

Location

    • Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL. We prefer if this role is based in Tampa, but there is an opportunity for remote as well.

Your Mission

    • Onboarding new clients and adding products to existing clients
    • You will work closely with the assigned implementation manager to ensure the non-technical aspects of the implementation are monitored, specifically product/plan design
    •    You will compare sold plan designs, rates and plan summaries to provider proposals to ensure completeness and accuracy
    •    You will ensure proper collateral was provided from carriers
    •    You will work with the Corestream Content Manager and QA to ensure portals are displaying accurate information

    • Open Enrollment activity for existing clients
    •    You will confirm with the assigned account manager that there are no plan or rate changes for upcoming plan year
    •    You will "scrub" client portals and work with providers to ensure that current collateral is accurate and up to date
    •    You will confirm upcoming open enrollment dates are accurate, and will manage any extensions (and the rules around them)

    • Enrollment Activities for new and existing clients
    •    You will create internal tickets for all native enrollment events – both new builds or changes to existing open enrollment and Evergreen products
    •    You will develop and complete an "Enrollment Checklist" for each open enrollment event

    • Development of an Enrollment Team
    •    You will develop new and enhance existing processes to perform the above functions in a scalable manner
    •    You will ultimately develop an Enrollment Team with multiple Enrollment Coordinators working beneath you

Recipe for Success

    • 2+ years’ experience managing a team
    • 5+ years’ experience in an account management or similar role, with direct interactions with both clients and carriers
    • 2+ years’ experience working in the group benefits industry (medical, dental, vision, disability, life, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, auto & home, etc.)
    • Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
    • Ability to maintain a positive attitude with all stakeholders (clients, vendors, peers) even in difficult situations
    • Proficiency with multiple online tools (in particular, Salesforce, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office)
    • Confidence in client-facing situations, both remote and in-person
