    Outbound Calling Sales Rep

    Homee, Inc. is a venture backed technology company providing on-demand property maintenance across all property types and we are looking to add to our growing team. The Outbound Calling Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting the business development team with outbound calling to build Homee’s book of business. Candidates must have enthusiasm to network and communicate with others. A strong candidate will have the ability to multitask and prioritize work, will be extremely detail oriented, and have the desire to grow as a part of an emerging department within our company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    -Qualify, close, or appropriately route inbound sales leads.

    -Build an outbound calling list.

    -Negotiate compensation and hire candidates for our Homee customer base

    REQUIREMENTS:

    -1-3 years’ experience with outbound sales calls

    -Proficient level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and lead generation for Business Development Team. 

    -Use experience and expertise in making recommendations that will improve department efficiency and/or effectiveness or that assist revenue objectives.

    -Interest in a performance-based environment including building an outbound calling list.

    -Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing methodologies and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

    -Familiar with CRM Platform Hubspot, Slack & Microsoft Office

    -BS/BA, Military or AA with equivalent professional experience
