    Territory Field Manager



    Homee, Inc. is a venture backed company and the premier on-demand home servicing technology application and we are looking to add to our growing team. The main responsibilities for the Territory Field Manager position includes overseeing home repair jobs/projects performed by vendors in the Homee network to ensure jobs are completed in a timely and quality fashion. It also includes creating local awareness and building strong, lasting relationships with our skilled service tradesman and local property managers.



    • Build and maintain the local business network of commercial accounts in your market in conjunction with the Business Development Team.
    • Build and maintain the team of skilled/licensed tradesmen in your market with the support of the Pro Recruiting team. This includes obtaining additional tradesmen, training and supporting them in the use of the Homee App to complete their work.
    • Review work orders from property managers and work with the Order Management team to develop estimates when needed for the requested work.
    • Oversee tradesman who are responsible for fulfilling work orders to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Walking turns, renovations and first jobs personally to ensure quality work. Address quality, responsiveness and/or performance issues as needed.
    • Effectively communicate with property managers and address questions or concerns related to the completion of jobs
    • Host periodic meetings for pros to build a sense of belonging, provide training and encourage them to bring additional skilled tradesmen into the Homee network.
    • Train and support vendors on the Homee app and be a point of contact for questions or issues that arise.
    • Deliver top customer service and represent the Homee brand to build relationships with existing customers and vendors


    • 3+ years of construction or maintenance repair experience, especially in a supervisory role
    • Effective communicator with customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong local networking ability.
    • Team player, self-motivated, efficient, intellectually curious, flexible, and reliable.
    • Easily adapts to rapidly changing environment and demand.
    • Experience in project sequencing and directing subs/vendors in a timeline.
    • Knowledge of Contractor License Requirements and when they are needed.
    • Ability to navigate Permit Departments, Code Enforcement, and HOA Violations.
    • Skilled in the use of computer applications on both laptop & smart phone
