    Sales Development Representative

    We are looking for a hungry sales development representative to join our team and help qualify new sales opportunities, both inbound and outbound, and create new deals for our sales team. If you have experience identifying and qualifying new leads, are a good communicator and have worked in customer support, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Communicate with inbound leads via our live chat platform, over email, and by phone
    • Create and manage outbound sales development strategies to find new, effective channels for potential opportunities
    • Manage a large pipeline of current leads in various stages of qualifying
    • Qualify all inbound and outbound leads fully
    • Open new, qualified deals for the sales team
    • Provide real-time chat support and email support to our existing customers. This includes the occasional weekend support

    Requirements

    • Experience as a customer support representative
    • Outstanding communication, writing and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of SDR role and associated responsibilities
    • Experience managing business processes and strategies
    • Creative with the ability to thrive under pressure
    • Comfort in dynamic, agile environments
    • Experimental but data-driven mindset

    Bonus Skills

    • Experience working as an SDR
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products - primarily Excel and Outlook
    • Experience using a Web API
    • Experience working in Intercom and HubSpot
    • Finance and computer science background
