    As Molekule continues on its stellar growth trajectory, you will enable filter technology at the core of it’s products as a Manufacturing Line Technician.  At Molekule’s manufacturing site in Lakeland, Florida; you will work closely with the operations teams to ensure that our products are being manufactured with the highest level of quality and detail via taking accountability of coating line operation.     Responsibilities

      • Set up and run the fabric finishing process development line.
      • Manage raw and finished materials handing for the machine.
      • Monitor and modify machine running parameter to ensure quality and safety.
      • Documentation of machine runs to ensure accuracy and traceability of materials.
      • Ability to measure and document coating chemistry properties.
      • Support warehouse activities for raw and finished materials.
      • Maintain the machine to support quality and efficiency targets.
      • Maintain clear communications with the broader site team on machine performance and daily runs.
      • Ensure cleanliness of machine and work area.
      • Compliance to all safety standards at all times. Including : using and wearing protective gear, such as work boots and safety glasses.

    Required Qualifications

      • Second shift (1:30pm to 10pm)
      • High school diploma, GED, trade school level education or equivalent work experience
      • 1 + years mechanical industrial machine experience 
      • Chemistry knowledge to be able to use simple quality control instruments.
      • Great communication skills – good verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to transfer and manipulate material in and out of fabric machine 
      • Computer skills for data logging and monitoring.
      • Forklift certification
      • OSHA and/or other safety training

        Pluses:
      • Roll to roll materials processing experience in paper, textile or plastic film operation
      • Mechanical or electrical shop experience
