Breeze is a startup management company created to disrupt the industry and take a whole new approach to customer service. We are working on implementing customized technology to ensure every customer inquiry is tagged, recorded, visible and tracked. We want our customers to be able to contact us when it is convenient for them and how they want to communicate (i.e. text, email, phone, chat BOT etc.) Our goal is to create and implement a satisfaction guarantee to meet these needs. Not only will we help our customers with the issues we manage but with anything based in their community. They will call us, and we will get the answers and follow up to ensure the loop is closed. At Breeze we will implement a customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating system, so we get immediate feedback. We are looking for someone who has experience working across many technologies/projects and wants to be part of a small dynamic, hard-working team.
Primary focus for the intern: · Analyze business process flows and associated requirements for automation. · Assess suitability of business use cases for process automation. · Creating tailored automation solutions for process control technology based on process descriptions (requirements specifications / technical specifications). · Co-develop automation flows with the client's resources for knowledge transfer · Present and participate in automation solution reviews · Communicate automation development progress and execution status · Perform root cause analysis and deliver resolution for automation failures · API experience · BI Tools · Intercom integration with our website · Knowledge of Airtable · Internal dashboard in Notion · Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using HelpSystem, Automation Anywhere · Solid understanding of computer programming and automation software
Part-time, however in the beginning we may need two full weeks to help with some immediate needs.
